Catoosa is a city in Green Country, Oklahoma. It is home to the Port of Catoosa, part of the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas Navigation System (MCKARNS) which connects Northeast Oklahoma to the Mississippi River.

The furthest inland, ice-free international seaport in America serves as head of navigation for the 445-mile McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System, which leads to the Mississippi River. A self-guided driving tour of the port is permitted (8AM-4:30PM weekdays only) but you must remain in your vehicle. free.

- Cherokee Art Market (Inside The Sequoyah Grand Ballroom in the Hard Rock Casino and Resort). 10AM-5PM. The Largest Annual Native American Art Market in the Great Plains. (1st-2nd Weeks October) Free.
- Cowboy Trade Days (Turnoff Route 66 into a park along the Verdigris River). This event recently some years ago. It's kind of a western goods rummage sale (And a high-end one at that), but you can find some interesting things here (A Navajo Rug for $200 is one example). If you want some good books about the Native Americans or jewelry by local artists, this is the place for you. (AugustβSeptember)
