Zindagi Khatti Meethi

Zindagi Khattee Meethi is an Indian television sitcom, directed by Ashwini Chaudhary. It aired on Disney Channel India from 31 January 2015 to 6 June 2015

Cast and characters

  • Rajesh Kumar as Diptiman Roy Chowdhury who is the main character and the patriarch of the family. He was the father of Anjan and husband of Meghmala. He is a nice person. His biggest enemy is Mrs. Sinha.
  • Rinku Kamkar as Mrs. Sinha who is an illiterate but fun-loving person. She is the wife of Mr. Sinha and mother of Tara.
  • Neeraj Sood as Mr. Sinha who is husband of Lagu
  • Sheetal Maulik as Meghmala Roy Chowdhury: She was the forgetful and fun-loving person whom everyone loves. She is good-natured and is a kind mother and supportive wife. She could always be found with her sister, Appu.
  • Appu : Appu is the humorous aunt of Anjan. She did not like when her nephew calls her 'Mausi' instead of Didi. She was secretly in love with Tarun Sinha, Mr. Sinha's brother.
  • Viren Vazirani as Anjan Roy Chowdhury: Anjan was a well-disciplined and obedient child. He was friend of Tara even though they sometimes fought.
  • Swini Khara as Tara Sinha: She is a stylish girl and talks in rhyming sentences. Her most common one is, "My name is Tara, Boys call me Sitara".
  • Abhishek Tiwari as Tarun Sinha: He is a foolish boy who loves Appu very much.
  • Madhavi Singh as Rita D'Souza: She is the maid of the Chowdhury's and had fallen in love with Mr. Sinha's servant.
  • Kurush Deboo as Robert D'costa.
  • Pooja Gaur as Pooja.
  • Arbendra Pratap Singh as Lakhan.
  • Upasna Singh as Damyanti
