Yvonne Grundy
Yvonne Grundy (born 18 December 1996) is a Kenyan-born English actress, best known for the voice of Nia in the British children's television series Thomas & Friends.

Early life
Yvonne Grundy was born in Nairobi, Kenya on 18 December 1996. She and her family moved to the United Kingdom when she was twelve years old. Yvonne graduated from Arts University Bournemouth in 2018 where she trained as an actor.
Career
In 2018, she auditioned and got the role of Nia on the hit TV series Thomas & Friends.
In 2018, she provided the voice of Nia in the Thomas & Friends full-length special Big World! Big Adventures: The Movie, which spawned the twenty-second series of the same name onwards.[1] According to Tolulope Lewis-Tamoka, a regional adviser of UN Women, she stated that through Nia, they were "able to see an African character really taking a leadership role as a female engine with lots of strong values and goals, herself."[2]

Grundy currently resides in London.
