Younan Properties, Inc. is a commercial real estate investment company,[1] headquartered in Los Angeles, California and founded in 2002.[2] The company also has regional offices in Dallas, Houston, Colorado, Chicago and Phoenix. Younan Properties' goal is to acquire, reposition and manage office buildings in the top 10 markets of the U.S.

The company was founded in 2002 by Zaya S. Younan. He currently serves as the Chairman & CEO. Younan has worked in executive management roles for over three decades at publicly-traded Fortune 500 companies, which include General Motors, Johnson Controls, TRW, and various other companies located throughout the U.S., Europe and Asia.

In 2016, Younan Properties expanded into France, forming a French-based holding company, called La Grande Maison Younan Collection, which specializes in the acquisition and operation of luxury properties, products and services.[3][4] The company's first acquisition was Chateau du Petit Chene, which is now known as Alexandra Palace Hotel, a 5-star luxury 17th century Castle Hotel that is registered as a Historic Monument in Mazieres-en-Gatine, France. Today, the company owns five 4- & 5-star Castle-Hotels throughout France, Beach Resort Malibu Foz located in Figueira da Foz, Portugal, a 10th-century events venue in Avrillé, France, French golf courses, two French vineyards located in the Saint-Emilion region of Bordeaux, France, MPA Design Agency in Paris, and El Septimo Cigars, a premium cigar company based out of Geneva, Switzerland.

In February 2020, Younan Properties, Inc. has reported the most recent purchase of a two-building office property in Westlake Village, California. Westlake Oaks Campus is a two-build business facility totalling 212,000 square feet. Consists of 120 Via Merida and 4553 La Tienda.[5]
