The album was re-released in 2010 with a changed title Yeh Naya Naya by T-Series, two years after Nigam's album, Rafi Resurrected.

The album Yeh Naya Naya consists of eight tracks rendered by Sonu Nigam and other singers, including Hema Sardesai, Kavita Krishnamurthy, Sadhna Sargam, and Shankar Mahadevan. Naya Naya Pyaar, however, included another track called Kaise Unhe Bhool Jaye Woh Toh Humei Yaad Aye by singer Shaan. This song, also composed by Raju Singh, was originally a part of the TV serial Swabhimaan aired on Doordarshan in 1995. Original album also had a song 'yeh kya mujhe ho gaya hai' sung by Amit Kumar.
