The song received mixed critical attention: Kingsley Marshmallow of Allmusic considers its lyrics to be both "uninspired" and "geographically challenged" in reference to various shout-outs during the song.[1] Low Key of MVRemix.com also critiques the song claiming it sounds "forced" and "stale."[2] Nonetheless, Steve "Flash" Juon of RapReviews.com praises the song's "disco funk stylings" and claims that Psycho Les' verse was amongst his "best in half a decade."[3]
