Xiong Qingquan
Xiong Qingquan (Chinese: 熊清泉; born December 16, 1927) is a retired politician of the People's Republic of China. He was born in Shuangfeng County, Loudi, Hunan. He was Communist Party of China Committee Secretary (1988–1993) and governor (1985–1989) of his home province. He was a delegate to the 7th National People's Congress (1988–1993).
