Experimental SRCI radio stations in Yucatán

The Sistema de Radiodifusoras Culturales Indigenistas (SRCI or System of Indigenous Cultural Broadcasters), operates four experimental 10-watt FM radio stations located at Mayan boarding schools in the state of Yucatán. Each station is operated by children at the boarding schools.

The 10 watts allotted for the stations made them the lowest-powered permitted radio stations in Mexico; the IFT awarded a social use concession to XHPEM-FM 100.7, with 5 watts ERP, in May 2015, stripping these stations of this distinction.

gollark: I'll make it not do that, regular getmetatable should be fine.
gollark: Well, that should just be available *anyway*.
gollark: https://github.com/osmarks/skynet/blob/master/PROTOCOL.mdMuch simpler. Kind of. Okay, roughly the same.
gollark: Anyway, it has a simplified protocol, is rewritten in Rust for speed and reliability, is missing logs (couldn't be bothered to add them...) and is otherwise identical.
gollark: Ah, it uses skynet_CBOR_path now.
