Plot

In this hour-long four-episode special, 3 girls in a famous girl group named Sparkle Shimmer and Shine called The WubbGirlz perform their song and the Wuzzleburg group are determined to greet them. They arrived from a plane from Wuzzlewood (based on real-life Hollywood) named The visits Wuzzleburg via the Wuzzleburg train instead of arriving by airplane. Wubbzy plays with his toy train and did not notice The WubbGirlz arriving. Wubbzy eventually meets and welcomes The WubbGirlz and shows them his hometown of Wuzzleburg, while the Wuzzleburg citizens (who are fans of The WubbGirlz) kept looking for the girls all day until that evening when they finally see and welcome them as well. Wubbzy, The WubbGirlz, and the Wuzzleburg citizens then have a dance party in the Wubb Club in celebration of the girls' arrival.

The WubbGirlz then announce that they are holding a talent contest to elect a winner that would get to perform with them in their concert back in Wuzzlewood. Wubbzy eventually ends up being the winner of the Wuzzleburg Idol contest and goes to Wuzzlewood with his friends Daizy, Widget, and Walden. Wubbzy and his friends ride in the Wubbmobile to Wuzzlewood while The WubbGirlz take a jet plane.

In Wuzzlewood, Wubbzy gets a big makeover for The WubbGirlz concert and is persuaded to think he does not need his old friends to be cool as a new performer making his "old friends" feel sad. But Wubbzy eventually learns a lesson in friendship and staying true to yourself. So Wubbzy returns to the upset WubbGirlz and so Wubbzy changes his ways and returns to his old self: plain old Wubbzy. That night, the big Wuzzlewood concert begins, but Wubbzy gets stage fright to perform in front of millions of people. Backstage, Walden tells Wubbzy how to cure stage fright using hypnosis. Walden tries to hypnotize Wubbzy with a watch, but his intentions backfire as Wubbzy becomes distracted and Walden ends up hypnotized instead. Walden turns into an opera singer under the effects of the hypnosis, so the smart Widget decides to help out. In the end, Wubbzy's best friends are invited to help by performing with him and The WubbGirlz at the concert.

gollark: Ah, yes.
gollark: You could probably be even fancier and use the `Enum` typeclass somehow.
gollark: What if... you make AbstractVirtualImplFactoryModuleProviders?
gollark: Maybe make the block value based on that sort of thing instead, hmm...
