Wilshire/Normandie station

Wilshire/Normandie is a subway station on the D Line of the Los Angeles Metro Rail. It is located at Wilshire Boulevard and Normandie Avenue, in Los Angeles' Mid-Wilshire/Koreatown District.[1]

Wilshire/Normandie is one of only two D Line stations not shared with the B Line. In late 2019, a then-unknown European-born woman named Emily Zamourka was captured on videophone singing opera by local police at the station, of which video became popular due to the perceived talent of her.
