Willie Halpern
William Halpern (November 5, 1906 – November 5, 1999) was an American football player. He played college football for CCNY and in the National Football League (NFL) as a tackle for the Staten Island Stapletons during the 1930 season. He appeared in three NFL games, two as a starter.[1]
