The Volkswagen ID.4 is a future electric crossover produced by the German automobile manufacturer Volkswagen. It is based on the Volkswagen's electric MEB platform, and the second model of the I.D. series.

Presentation
The ID.4 was presented as the Volkswagen I.D. Crozz concept car in camouflage at 2019 Frankfurt Motor Show, discreetly so as not to steal the show from the first vehicle electric mass market of the German brand, ID.3[5]
