Vivek Jain
Vivek Jain (born 11 April 1980) is an Indian business executive, and is the Chief Strategy Officer of Times Internet Limited.[1]. Prior to his stint at Times Internet, Vivek worked with international and Indian organizations in different positions of responsibility in addition to working for the US government.

Early life and education
Vivek was born in Bangalore, India and grew up in Mumbai & Delhi.
Jain earned B.E. degree in Electronics Engineering from Mumbai University. He holds an MS degree from Illinois Institute of Technology in Electrical and Computer Engineering and pursued MBA from University of Texas at Austins's McCombs School of Business.
Career
Vivek started his career in United States as one of the early members of the start up, Ashley Laurent. He later became the Deputy Director of the company which was later acquired by Cisco;[2][3] post which he joined Motorola Mobility, a division of Google.[4] In Google, he managed business relationships with carriers in multiple developed and emerging markets (US, Brazil, Mexico, Ukraine, Jordan etc.)
In 2010, Vivek joined SMC Networks, to work on Internet of Things (IoT). In SMC Networks, Vivek lead the Residential and Commercial Security, Monitoring, Control and Automation product verticals and helped successfully launch a number of products.[5] At Amazon.com, he was the Bandwidth Product / Business Head for the cloud division (Amazon Web Services). Vivek Jain has also worked with Housing.com as its Chief Product and Technology Officer post his 2 year stint at Reliance Jio.[6][7]
Vivek also has worked as a Business Plan Reviewer at US Department of Commerce, NTIA where he reviewed Business Plans at BTOP (Broadband Technology Opportunities Program) to assist President Obama and Federal Government deliver on the promise of economic recovery (ARRA) through the $7.2 Billion Recovery Act's BTOP & Broadband Initiatives.[8][9][10]
In 2014, Vivek returned to India as the Vice President, Product for the Digital Media vertical at Reliance Jio. Vivek also briefly served as the Chief Product and Technology officer at Housing.com.[11]
Vivek currently works at Times Internet and overlooks Times Prime as Business Head and MX Player as Head of Product, Technology and Operations across India and China.[12][13]
