Virginia's 83rd House of Delegates district

Virginia's 83rd House of Delegates district elects one of 100 seats in the Virginia House of Delegates, the lower house of the state's bicameral legislature. District 83 includes parts of the cities of Norfolk and Virginia Beach. The district is currently represented by Democrat Nancy Guy.

gollark: I can see a few problems:1. how are you planning to make secure bank cards?2. how will people trust the system?3. how is it actually more convenient than holding [CURRENCY] in your inventory?4. you will need it to be really secure - so secure that even if an ATM is stolen it won't be possible to meddle with the backend.
