History

The station was opened in 1968, and initially was a stop on Milan-Gorgonzola fast tramway line.[1] Since 4 December 1972 the section from Cascina Gobba to Gorgonzola, where this station is located, was connected to Milan Metro Line 2 and operates as part of it ever since.[2]

Platform view

The station has two covered platforms and two tracks. Passenger building is located on either side of the tracks, at the western end of the platforms.[3] The station is built in the trench of an old bed of Naviglio Martesana channel, diverted approximately 200 meters to the north.[4]

gollark: Yes and yes.
gollark: I'm going to go for just updating caddy *first*, since I wanted to do that for a while anyway.
gollark: Other websites' websockets work, and it works fine if i use the websocket backend locally without a reverse proxy.
gollark: Yes. Also working: wscat, the node.js `ws` package's client, and Firefox on my phone; it's probably *somewhat* on Firefox's end, but I imagine it might be some weird interaction between the server and client.
gollark: As I said, if this is somehow a webserver issue, I'm hoping caddy 2 will fix it, so I'm reading the docs to prepare for an upgrade to that.
