Victor Castro (born July 21, 1975 in Suardi, Santa Fe) is a boxer from Argentina, who won the gold medal in the Light Welterweight (– 63.5 kg) at the 1999 Pan American Games in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

Castro defeated Kelson Pinto in the final. He represented his native country at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, Australia.
