Verkhnesanzyapovo (Russian: Верхнесанзяпово) is a rural locality (a selo) and the administrative center of Sanzyapovsky Selsoviet, Kugarchinsky District, Bashkortostan, Russia. The population was 234 as of 2010.[2] There are 3 streets.
