Reception

Balaji B. wrote " [..] the second act of Veera Padhakkam [..] is so bad that it wipes out the little excitement generated by the marginally interesting proceedings preceding it and then some."[4] Malini Mannath of The Indian Express wrote the film "keeps the viewers engaged in the first half [..] The second half however fails to deliver the same effect."[5] New Sunday Times wrote "Those who liked Manivannan's previous political satires will also like this movie".[6]

gollark: Oh dear. I might just have to go for the callback thing then, where I have a function which does the initialization, `defer`s the appropriate `free`s, and then calls the main logic.
gollark: The Nim GC presumably doesn't know what references are present within cmark's structures.
gollark: And the function returned or something.
gollark: If I did that, wouldn't it incorrectly try and free a node if it had just been added to a tree?
gollark: A node is only going to need to be the root of a document tree somewhere (needs freeing once all operations on it are done), part of a tree owned somewhere else (will be freed when the root is), or something which is going to be appended to a tree soon™.
