Varnja
Varnja is a small borough (Estonian: alevik) in Peipsiääre Parish, Tartu County, in northeastern Estonia. As of 2011 Census, the settlement's population was 171.[1]

gollark: But it seems quite obvious that not giving people an incentive to do more things is bad, and that central control also runs into horrible problems.
