Varaksino (Russian: Вараксино) is a rural locality (a village) in Rostilovskoye Rural Settlement, Gryazovetsky District, Vologda Oblast, Russia. The population was 259 as of 2002.[2]

The distance to Gryazovets is 45 km, to Rostilovo is 24 km. Ievlevo is the nearest rural locality.
