Mamraz Lake, the "Lake of Ghosts"

Vanush has the distinction of being the settlement closest to the Lake of Ghosts, a site of natural beauty featuring an eerie, drowned landscape of half-submerged hornbeam trees resembling phantoms in the mist.[3]
