Urusovskaya (Russian: Урусовская) is a rural locality (a village) and the administrative center of Nizhnekuloyskoye Rural Settlement, Verkhovazhsky District, Vologda Oblast, Russia. The population was 448 as of 2002.[2] There are 17 streets.
