Turlava Parish

Turlava Parish (Latvian: Turlavas pagasts) is an administrative unit of Kuldīga Municipality, Latvia. The parish has a population of 969 (as of 1/07/2010) and covers an area of 124.51 km2.

gollark: I checked nimble directory, but there don't *seem* to be things for this, but I was hoping someone might know where there is code for it because having to work out the edge cases myself would be bad.
gollark: I was thinking something like defining a sentence as having either an end-of-string or one of !?. at the end with a space after it.
gollark: I can probably come up with some sort of regex, but there would be annoying edge cases and stuff, so has anyone already *done* this and made a library?
gollark: What would the least terrible way to get the (English) sentence surrounding a position in a string?
