Tuluganovka (Russian: Тулугановка) is a rural locality (a selo) and the administrative center of Akhmatovsky Selsoviet, Narimanovsky District, Astrakhan Oblast, Russia. The population was 425 as of 2010.[2] There are 28 streets.
