Tropical Storm Pakhar
The name Matsa has been used to name one tropical cyclone in the northwestern Pacific Ocean. It refers to mermaids and was submitted by Laos.

The name Matsa was retired after the season and was replaced with the name Pakhar, which refers to the Irrawaddy dolphins found in the Mekong River.
