Trigonopterus bawangensis
Trigonopterus bawangensis is a species of flightless weevil in the genus Trigonopterus from Indonesia.[1]

Etymology
The specific name is derived from that of the type locality.[1]
Description
Individuals measure 1.90–2.48 mm in length. The body is slightly rhomboid in shape. General coloration is rust-colored, except for the pronotum, which is almost black.[1]
Range
The species is found at elevations of 246–556 metres (807–1,824 ft) on Mount Bawang in the Indonesian province of West Kalimantan.[1]
Phylogeny
T. bawangensis is part of the T. attenboroughi species group.[1]
