- Trachyrhamphus bicoarctatus (Bleeker, 1857) (Double-ended pipefish)
- Trachyrhamphus longirostris Kaup, 1856 (Long-head pipefish, Straightstick pipefish)
- Trachyrhamphus serratus (Temminck & Schlegel, 1850)
