Condon went to Boston College in 1974 and was inducted into the Boston College Varsity Club Athletic Hall of Fame in 1984. He was an offensive lineman for the Kansas City Chiefs between 1974 and 1984, and for the New England Patriots in 1985. After earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore during off-seasons and representing teammates while still playing in the NFL, he went on to become president of the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) from 1984 to 1986.[7] He joined IMG in 1991.[8] He left IMG to launch CAA's football division.
