Tokyo Majin Gakuen

Tokyo Majin Gakuen Denki (東京魔人學園伝奇) is a franchise of Japanese video games, manga, and anime. The name Tokyo Majin Gakuen translates to "Tokyo Wizard Academy". Although there is a 2007 anime series which was released internationally, none of the original video games were ever released outside Japan.

The franchise began June 16, 1998 with the release of the PlayStation game Tokyo Majin Gakuen Kenpuuchou. It proved to be the first in the Gakuen Denki game series in Japan. The established universe, story, comics, and general term are shared under joint ownership, with managing creator Shuuhou Imai (今井秋芳) at the helm. Sales agency and production is handled by Asmik Ace Entertainment and Shout! Design Works.

gollark: Intellectual property isn't really the same as regular property and this is probably now a <#583698936334647308> thing, oops.
gollark: I think they should probably just be capped at 8 years or so, or a bit longer if the author provides the source, to be released when it's up.
gollark: Also, proprietary programs *may* use incompatible library versions and stuff sometimes, but you can probably get around that.
gollark: You may also need to turn off Secure Boot though, and x86 tablets often have UEFI weirdness.
gollark: I'm not sure if distro installers detect this, but it's not too hard to install the right bootloader manually.
