Tobias Foss
Tobias Svendsen Foss (born 25 May 1997 in Vingrom) is a Norwegian cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam Team Jumbo–Visma.[1]

In July 2019, it was announced that Foss would join UCI WorldTeam Team Jumbo–Visma on a two-year contract from 2020.[2] In August 2019, Foss became the first Norwegian to win the Tour de l'Avenir.
