Tim Tszyu

Tim Tszyu[1] (born 2 November 1994) is an Australian professional boxer who held the Australian light-middleweight title in 2019.[2] Tszyu is the son of former light-welterweight world champion Kostya Tszyu.[3]

He was educated at Newington College.[4] He took up boxing emulating his father. Tszyu made his professional debut in 2016, after being away from the sport for four years due to a hand injury.[5] Tszyu won the ABCO title in his seventh pro bout, with a unanimous decision over Wade Ryan.[6] In November 2019, Tszyu defeated Jack Brubaker.[7]
