The Companion Chronicles "talking books" are each narrated by one of the Doctor's companions and feature a second, guest-star voice along with music and sound effects.
Plot
The First Doctor and his companions arrive on a planetoid named Grace Alone, in the Kuiper belt, just beyond the major planets of the Solar System. There they discover the Vardans, telepathic beings made of pure energy. They are edging slowly toward the Earth, tempted by the radio waves it constantly emits.[1]
