The Difference (The Wallflowers song)

"The Difference" is a song by American rock band The Wallflowers. It was released in May 1997 as the third single from their second album, Bringing Down the Horse. Though it did not achieve the chart-topping success of previous single "One Headlight" on the US Billboard rock charts, it spent eight weeks at number three on the Mainstream Rock Tracks chart and peaked at number five on the Modern Rock Tracks chart. It also peaked at number 23 on the Hot 100 Airplay chart and number 12 in Canada, topping the RPM Alternative 30.
