Al-Ali began his career at the youth team of Al-Hilal . On 11 July 2018, Al-Ali signed with Al-Nahda .[3] On 15 August 2019, Al-Ali signed with Al-Mujazzal .[4] On 15 January 2020, Al-Ai signed with Al-Wehda .[5]
