Talmage City, Missouri

Talmage City (also known as Talmage) is an unincorporated community in Newton County, in the U.S. state of Missouri.[1]

History

A post office called Talmage was established in 1878, and remained in operation until 1895.[2] The community was named after the proprietor of a local country store.[3]
