Taleqan
Taleqan (Persian: طالقان, also Romanized as Ṭâleqân)[2] is a city in the capital of Taleqan County, Alborz Province, Iran.

It is located in the Alborz mountain range.
Native people from Taleqan speak Tati language.
At the 2006 census, its population was 3,281, in 988 families.[3]
History
The city of Taleqan consisted of four neighborhoods.
