Tafersit
Tafersit (Amazigh: Tafersit, ⵜⴰⴼⴻⵔⵙⵉⵜ, Arabic: تفرسيت) is a commune in Driouch Province, Oriental, Morocco. The town is situated in the Rif mountains, not far from the Mediterranean. According to the 2004 census it has a population of 3,555.[1]

Die meisten Leute aus Tafersit leben in Europa, hauptsächlich in Brüssel Belgien, Niederlande, Frankreich und Deutschland.
Viele der Gebürtigen leben, wenn sie nicht nach Europa emigriert sind in Tanger und Tetouan. Tafersit ist für seine Oliven bzw. Olivenöl berühmt. Pfefferminze für den Tee schmeckt ebenfalls aus Tafersit am Besten
