Tadashi Takeda

Tadashi Takeda (竹田 忠嗣, born 27 July 1986) is a Japanese professional football player who plays as a defender for FC Gifu in J2 League. He primarily plays defensive midfielder.

Club career

After working his way through the JEF United Ichihara youth system, Takeda signed a professional contract in 2005. In July 2008, he transferred to Fagiano Okayama.

International career

Takeda has not been capped for either the Japanese or Malaysian national football teams. He is qualified to play for Japan because his parents are Japanese. He is also qualified to play for Malaysia as it is his birthplace.[1]
