Tähtivaeltaja

Tähtivaeltaja (literally stellar wanderer) is a Finnish quarterly science fiction magazine published in Finland.

History and profile

Tähtivaeltaja was started in 1982.[1] The magazine is by Helsingin science fiction seura.[2] Toni Jerrman has been the editor of the magazine throughout its twenty-year history. Contributors to the magazine, amongst others, has included Johanna Sinisalo, Jyrki Kasvi, Petri Hiltunen and Jyrki 69.

And have separate things for each criterion?EDIT: and explicitly making a high-effort filter is possibly not good as it may drive away people who are busy who you'd otherwise like, although if it's just "compile some C" it's probably fine.
