Swimming at the 2005 Maccabiah Games – Men's 400 metre freestyle

The men's 400 metre freestyle event at the 2005 Maccabiah Games took place on 13 July at the Wingate Institute. This swimming event used freestyle swimming, which means that the method of the stroke is not regulated (unlike backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly events). Nearly all swimmers use the front crawl or a variant of that stroke. Because an Olympic size swimming pool is 50 metres long, this race consisted of eight lengths of the pool.

gollark: Or you can do ridiculous RF things of some sort.
gollark: Perhaps passive components are just too symmetric.
gollark: I feel like there must be *some* horrifying way to trick PCB traces into implementing complex logic, but I don't know how.
gollark: I mean, there might be, I forgot.
gollark: Bold of you to assume there is one.
