Music video
The music video was released to YouTube on October 15, 2019.[7] The video was directed by Derek Blanks and Child and it mainly takes place in an auto-body garage where K. Michelle sings while wearing all-red outfit with a matching fur coat. Scenes also show Michelle as she sings while sitting in a baby blue old school styled cadillac applied adorned with multi-colored flowers.[8][9] Rashad of That Grape Juice said that the video doubles down on Michelle's "oft avoided pro-men stance."[10] Tara Mahadevan of Complex wrote that "The video finds the three women singing and rapping about how good they have it with their men."[11] OnSMASH commented about the video, writingː "You know K. Michelle was catering to the ladies who need a “SUPAHOOD” man with this one and the video is certainly bringing that to life."[12]
In an interview with Complex, Michelle said: "I want to thank Kash Doll and Yung Miami for their participation in making this record and the video. Their addition made this song really fun and that’s what I wanted to make: A Good Fun Song!! Men get to talk their shit and women need to be free to talk their shit too! This song encompasses all of that.”[11]
