- Stigmatopora macropterygia A. H. A. Duméril, 1870 (Long-snouted pipefish)
- Stigmatopora narinosa Browne & K. Smith, 2007 (Southern Gulf pipefish)
- Stigmatopora nigra Kaup, 1856 (Wide-bodied pipefish)
