Steve Gatzos
Steve Gatzos (born June 22, 1961 in Toronto, Ontario) is a former professional ice hockey player who played 89 games in the National Hockey League. He played with the Pittsburgh Penguins. As a youth, he played in the 1974 Quebec International Pee-Wee Hockey Tournament with a minor ice hockey team from Toronto.[1]

gollark: I found the thing I read in my browser history (https://www.painscience.com/articles/stretching.php), and it says that stretching hasn't been found to reduce injury risk, and might just make the brain happier with using more range of motion without actually changing the muscles.
gollark: Does it actually do that?
gollark: You do get more flexibility but that doesn't seem very useful in most circumstances unless you're lacking it a lot.
gollark: Is it? I think I read that stretching actually reduces performance if you do it before sport things.
