Stephen MacKenna (actor)
Stephen MacKenna (born 13 August 1945) is an English actor.
Biography
MacKenna played the role of John Lennon in the film Birth of the Beatles directed by Richard Marquand.[1] He also worked on another Marquand film, Eye of the Needle as the Lieutenant. He has played two different roles on Coronation Street portraying both a driving instructor and also a private investigator. In 1982 he also played a CI5 Agent in the TV series The Professionals, and in 2004 he played a police sergeant in Yasmin.
MacKenna's hometown is York.
