Stary Shardak (Russian: Старый Шардак) is a rural locality (a village) in Kaltyayevsky Selsoviet, Tatyshlinsky District, Bashkortostan, Russia. The population was 85 as of 2010.[2] There is 1 street.

It is located 12 km from Verkhniye Tatyshly, 7 km from Kaltyayevo.
