Stary Akbulyak (Russian: Старый Акбуляк) is a rural locality (a village) and the administrative center of Staroakbulyakovsky Selsoviet, Karaidelsky District, Bashkortostan, Russia. The population was 502 as of 2010.[2] There are 4 streets.
