Stanton Chase (formerly Stanton Chase International) is a retained executive search and consulting firm established in 1990 and operated by independently owned partner firms with 76 offices in 45 countries.[3]

History
Stanton Chase began operations in 1990. The firm has since expanded to over 75 offices in 45 countries.[4][1] In October 2014, Mickey Mathews was elected International Chairman of Stanton Chase,[5] and by 2017 Forbes listed Stanton Chase in the Top 10 Executive Recruiting Firms.[6] In 2018, it became the first executive search firm to accept cryptocurrency.[7]

Stanton Chase offers services in executive search, executive and board assessment, and board services.
The company conducts and posts results from surveys on various aspects of talent acquisition in different industries. These cover how age, location, economic climate, and education affect employment. Stanton Chase also publishes videos of business leaders discussing a variety of topics.
Corporate structure
Global partners hold equity in their respective local branch offices. There is a twice-yearly meeting for partners from other offices around the world to meet to share experiences and work together.[8]
Stanton Chase is organized into ten specialized industry practice groups[9] and functional practice groups led by global practice team leaders.[10]
