Stan Frownfelter
Stan Frownfelter (born May 12, 1951) is a Democratic member of the Kansas House of Representatives, representing the 37th district. He has served since January 3, 2007.[1] He is currently the House Assistant Minority Leader.[2]
Frownfelter has a bachelor's degree from Emporia State University.[3]
