Sofia Pozdniakova
Sofia Stanislavovna Pozdniakova (Russian: София Станиславовна Позднякова, born 17 June 1997) is a Russian sabre fencer.

She is a two-time World champion (winning the individual event in 2018 and the team event in 2019).[1] Sofia is the daughter of Stanislav Pozdnyakov who is a 4-time Olympic champion, 10-time World champion and 13-time European champion in the sabre competition, as well as the President of the Russian Olympic Committee (since 2018).
