Taxonomy
Sittisax is one of a number of genera that were split off from the broadly defined genus Sitticus by Jerzy Prószyński in 2016 and 2017. Sittisax was erected in 2017, with the type species Euophrys saxicola.[1] The generic name is derived from the first parts of the generic and specific names of Sitticus saxicola, the name used for the type species before transfer to Sittiflor.[2]

gollark: It may be slightly nonexistent for Windows users, but that's their fault.
gollark: > Reliable transmission of both ordered and unordered data streams.> Explicit partial reliability.
gollark: However, what if SCTP over UDP instead?!!?!?!?
gollark: But they can share a port.
gollark: You would need two SOCKETS.
